Valentine's Day has come to GTA Online, which means that you can score a free t-shirt, pick up some romantic gunrunning bonuses, and put yourself behind the wheel of the Declasse Vamos. The car is a lean, mean machine that traces its roots back more than 50 years, and is now available for purchase exclusively at Southern San Andreas Super Autos. From today through February 20, Rockstar is offering double GTA$ on all Gunrunning Sell missions, and double GTA$ and RP on the Bunker – Till Death Do Us Part, Hardest Target, Trap Door, and Siege Mentality team-based modes. All "Be My Valentine" content, including the Albany Roosevelt and Valor, and all Valentine's Day clothing, is 30 percent off for the week, all weapons at your local Ammu-Nation are marked down by the same amount, and all Bunkers and the Mobile Operations Center are 40 percent off. And if you just want some free stuff but don't feel like putting any effort into it, the Declasse logo t-shirt will be added to your wardrobe for free, just for showing up—as long as you do it before February 20. A full breakdown of San Andreas' big day of romance can be had at rockstargames.com.
Respawn's battle royale, Apex Legends is adding Valentine's Day cosmetics as well as a number of bug fixes in today's update. As you'd imagine, the Valentine's Day items will only be available for a limited time—until February 19—so you've got just under a week to nab the bits you want. A couple of cosmetic items are available from the store; a 'Through the Heart' Longbow Epic DMR skin and a 'Love the Game' Pathfinder banner frame. Alternatively, you can earn a 'Live Die Live' banner badge by successfully reviving a member of your squad before next Tuesday. Tweaks and bug fixes include the removal of an exploit that allowed you to duplicate items in your inventory, a number of server and client stability issues have been addressed, and improvements to the UI have been made. You can check out the full patch notes here. Apex Legends has only been out for a little over a week and in that time it's managed to surpass 25 million players. Respawn has already released a year one roadmap, detailing the four Battle Passes that will launch throughout 2019 with accompanying seasons that will be familiar to Fortnite players. The game could also be getting Solo and Duo modes, according to dataminers and we reported yesterday how players discovered secret monster while playing the battle royale.
